E-Reader Jailbreak

Jailbreaking an e-reader will allow you to install additional functions and features on top of the original software. You might want to do this to give your e-reader more powers. The features I was most interested in are:

The things to be aware of is that if you have, for example, an Epub file you'd like to read on a reader that doesn't support it - you won't necessarily be able to read that file if it's locked with DRM or using a weird proprietary structure. Thankfully there are programs that can remove DRM from ebook files, which is especially helpful if you've purchased a book on one platform and then want to read it on another.

Making a screensaver image is simply a matter of creating a 758x1024 8-bit PNG image, saving it in the /linkss/screensavers/ folder while the reader is attached with a USB data cable to a computer, and then rebooting. The one shown below is available here.
