- 2/3 cup unsweetened dried coconut flakes
- 2/3 cup raw or blanched cashews
- 2/3 cup pecan pieces
- 2/3 cup hulled sunflower seeds
- 2/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 2/3 cup raw sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Preheat oven to 350°F. Measure all ingredients in bowl and mix to coat. Spread onto baking pan or cookie sheet. Bake for 10 mins, mix and bake another 5.
