Persimmon Chocolate Pudding
If you have a blender and a fridge, this might be one of the easiest desserts to make. Just blend the ingredients until smooth and refrigerate for an hour. You can pour the blend into a ramekin type container and then turn it upside down to remove to a plate. The container does not need to be greased in any way, the mixture will slide out easily on it's own.
- 2 ripe persimmons, cleaned and cut into quarters
- 4 Tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sweetener such as maple syrup
- 1/2 cup water
